Hello! I'm currently remitting my undergraduate studies to work wherever, whenever I can to pay for my education. Professional cleaning experience includes: gallery spaces(indoor and landscape), office buildings, apartment complexes, and a Rinzai Zen Buddhist Monastery. My hours are very flexible. I am limited in transportation options until I acquire a new car, but that doesn't mean I can't find ways to get where I need to be! My general rate is $25per/hr, but depending on the requirements of the task alternative rates can be agreed upon. I have an intimate knowledge of general cleaning/ organizational practices. Over time maintaining a number of different living environments blooms an adaptive skill-set that can be put to great effect nearly anywhere. Currently the cleaning supplies necessary for general house cleaning(kitchens, floors, living rooms, ext.) are available to me, but more intensive or peculiar tasks(rust removal, wood repair, re-grouting, waxing/polishing, ext.) will need to be negotiated before hand as the supplies required are often more costly than I can afford. I clean with an eye for respecting the needs of the given environment. A light touch helps keep my wits about me. This is what is necessary to clean a space so that it may be lived within comfortably. As such I would never use a harsh chemical to clean surfaces in contact with food. Nor would I mop a floor with an excess of water only to see the floorboards warp once dried. Nor would a dog bowl be cleaned with bleach, or a bedpost varnished close to the time of it's use for sleep. The point is to diminish the discomfort of a cleaned space. To my word I hope to clean well enough that it goes unnoticed so at best my services are lost in the fruit of the place I have cleaned.
