Last summer, I broke my arm and my husband couldn't do all of the laundry and cooking and then everything else. We hired Rachel for the everything else, and told her that we were "95%" people, meaning that we wanted the bathtub cleaned but didn't want the shower caulk scrubbed with a toothpick. Rachel did what we asked, had great judgment, was easy to be around, and was willing to stay to do an "extra" e.g. cleaning the windows. She was professional, yet relaxed, a responsible and effective worker. I can't imagine who we could have gotten who would have been better.
