So I gave her a try. I gave her initial instructions which she followed to my satisfaction. She comes on time and finishes her chore on time. Even when I have an Out/In guests, she delivers on schedule. During these initial times of my trying to assess her performance, I am satisfied and happy. I do not need to repeat her cleaning nor did I notice some area she was not able to cover. She is trustworthy, which is important because I can provide her a key, and I can feel confident that even by herself, I will not lose anything in my property. I am very happy with her assistance.
