If you are interested in a healthy diet, I can provide some simple delicious meal suggestions and preparation to feed and nourish your body. I am an excellent organizer of home or office, and can help you set up a system to find your important "stuff". Or organize your clothes, and pack for a trip. I love animals, so if you have one I can certainly provide attention, a walk, clean a cat box or your backyard dog drops, clean a bird cage, etc. Not fond of reptiles however. I have been an event planner, and planned a wedding or two so if you need someone to organize and create an event, you will not be disappointed. I have more than basic computer skills, so if you need a letter written, or a spread sheet-I can assist. I am also an excellent editor. And if you have a hard time getting off of the couch, I am a certified Pilates instructor and can give you some easy, painless moves to bring your body back to life, and improve your strength and posture. I am a former business professional, with the added bonus of basic taking-care-of-life skills. I am also funny and entertaining as my life experiences have provided me with an interesting conversation. Or I can just be quiet and do the job. Either way is fine with me.
