I have been a co- manager at Flying J in MT for 17 years. My job was to make sure that each department did their jobs properly and to train the employees that just did the job to get it done, not necessarily 5 right way. This included cashiers deli employees, cooks, and maintenance. We had 14 showers each was a separate bathroom. You can. It expect an employee to clean a bathroom until you show them your expectations. I hired and trained all employees. We have received the diamond award for two years in a row. Which says that we one of the top ten preferred truck stops in the nation.
