She really made a difference when I needed it most. My parents had recently passed and I was responsible for getting their house ready to sell. I explained to her what I needed and gave her a time frame I needed it finished in and from that point on she took charge. Immediately she decided she needed help and after getting my approval she had another girl there. At the end of the first day I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. By lunchtime the next day it was completed and on top of her pay I tipped her. If I'm ever in a situation like that again she'll be the first call I make
