i get along well with others. I have a high self asteam willing to do what ever it takes to get the job done right the first time. I due not like repeating my job several times so i make sure it is done right the first time. i am confedate that i work well with others and am a take charge kind of person. If i see others slacking in there job i encourge them to do better and will help if need be. I'm not a complaner about what needs to be done. if i feel that i do not understand the task at hand i feel i should ask questions to make sure the job is done right the first time as i said i like to do things right the first time and not repete it several times. I have a great personalty and great with others. I have my CNA but feel it is time to start something new in my life I pray you will give me chance to show you that i am a hard worker and will get the job done. thank you for your time
