Background in new construction cleaning for multiple builders over a 10 year period. Have cleaned track style homes, up to custom built homes. There wasn't a square foot of the house that I did not clean. I was bonded and licensed with the State of Idaho. All this ended in 2007 when the housing market took a downfall spiral. Due to a change in employment, I am introducing my talents back into the cleaning industry. * Windows * Walls * Bathrooms (cabinets, fixtures) * Kitchen (cabinets, refrigerator, oven) * Vacuum all carpeted area (baseboards if needed) * Mop all vinyl, hardwood floors (recommended cleaners only) I am very good at what I do. Unfortunately, all the builders whom I cleaned for (as a contractor) are no longer in business. I say at least 50% of the new home owners asked if I did weekly/biweekly cleaning because they were so impressed with the cleaning on their new home. At the time I was not setup for such a request. I am not a $10/hour cleaner, you will get your monies worth. It all depends what you want done, and how thorough you want it done.
