I offer all natural cleaning or commonly used cleaners. Its all up to you. My pricing is based on square footage and condition of the home upon the initial cleaning. Most of the time I already have a rough estimate in mind. When given the information needed and what services you would be wanting. I do like to do the in home estimate so that I may see if my pricing is right for the condition of the home. I also like to see types of flooring, and types of appliances to give me an idea of what products I will be needing. Some homes no matter the square footage may take longer to clean then others depending on condition. So sometimes estimates are higher or lower during in home visit. I provide my own supplies and equipment. I am bonded and Insured. I offer a loyalty program to my clients, All veterans receive an automatic 10% discount. I can provide references upon request.
