Dear potential employers, My name is Patrick. I have over 12 years of experience with heavy-duty cleaning as a former barback in DC nightclubs. I do windows, toilets, and everything else including the kitchen sink, literally, and I do it well -- and fast. I am 37 years young and a recent UVA grad. I am currently working in a restaurant and am looking to supplement my income while I look into getting my career started and, eventually, purchasing a home of my own. I'm looking for a housecleaner position in Charlottesville, Virginia. I am the best candidate for any cleaning job in this lovely little town that I have grown to love and in which I plan to build a life. I can alter my schedule to meet your needs, but will need a week or so, initially, to adjust my schedule with management at my current job. Service Abilities: I will take care of surface polishing, bed changing, oven scrubbing, bathrooms, windows, laundry, floor mopping, organizing, etcetera, et alia. I also have personal transportation available and I'm willing to run errands (i.e., groceries).
