My hourly rate is $10.00 per/room for standard cleaning/organizing. (Subject to price increase in Kitchen and rooms that are excessively dirty). Walls, ceiling, Fans are included in deep cleanings, which will double the price per room. The Home Owner / Home Renter (Need home owner approval in writing) / Business providing all proper cleaning supplies, and equipment necessary for the rooms they want cleaned. I will be devoted to delivering top-notch cleaning services. From scrubbing bathrooms to washing windows, I ensure that every nook and cranny is sparkling clean and tidy. Whether it's a one-time deep clean or regular maintenance, I am here to help alleviate the burden of cleaning / organizing so that you can focus on what truly matters to you. I have cleaned and organized homes / businesses for over 30 years. Being new to the area and establishing myself as a cleaner / organizer is why my prices are set so low at this time. Provide me with your instructions, the proper cleaning materials and equipment you would like me to use, and I will let my work speak for itself. Beginning February 1, 2024, I am available from 9am - 1pm, Monday / Wednesday, Winter Season (Jan-Apr): weather permitting.
