I have 6 years experience cleaning rental properties in the Venice area. I perform a wide range of services including cleaning and changing of linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, etc including ovens. I can do windows inside and out removing and washing screens. Ceiling fans and vents. I vacuum and mop floors. I can do minimal pool care such as skimming. I prefer to use my own cleaning products some of which are "green" environmentally friendly. I have my own vacuum, mop, etc. I can provide references upon request and have been working for the same realtor for 6 years retaining keys to regular/frequent turn over properties which enables me to respond quickly and gain access in unexpected circumstances.
