My name is Candice but anybody who knows me or works with me calls me CandyJane. How are you doing?! Thank you so much for taking a moment and reading a bit about me. Im 35 years old and an extremely hardworking, motivated single mom, from Oklahoma newer to Texas. (North Richland Hills) I don’t have many connections yet so my networking is small. My goal is to get my name out there to find a few good and consistent homes to clean. Why I want you to trust me with your home needs: Currently I found my passion in real estate working as a new home sales associate for a builder. However, I’m looking for a few homes as well, on the side. As we all know it takes years to get established in selling homes/real estate. In the meantime I need to work on paying off college loans that I never even utilized (sound familiar?), have a bit more money for groceries and car repairs and save for me and my sons future. A little more about me and experience (in no specific order at all): I have 5 years experience in bathroom cleaning, detailing base boards/walls/small corners, dusting, detailing floors, spot removal, shampooing, refrigerator/oven scrubbing, washing/drying and putting up clothes, ironing clothes if needed, organizing and even car detailing. I own all the necessary equipment except for a shampooer which needs to be factored in until I get my own. Depending on how big the job is and how much cleaners etc are used, there maybe a cleaner fee cost added. If you need special cleaner I always suggest you keep it in the home for me. Those details are all easily negotiated and worked out. But I’m big on setting expectations so there’s no surprises. I’m huge huge huge on communication. That being said, if you do pay extra for cleaners I do not mark up cleaner costs, will prove any expense I buy on receipt for reimbursement if needed. I’m always more than fair and love making people happy and trusting of me. Extras: I even can do extra work for impaired, elderly or just the lazy (lol) such as, grocery shopping, mowing, weed pulling (case by case scenario and price quotes are factored in) etc! I love going above and beyond for others. I’m better at caring for and serving others more than myself! It’s what I do best! I also grew up cleaning homes/huge industrial buildings for my late dad’s janitorial company and for the last 10 years Ive also bartended serving others hand and foot. That involves tons of grueling “blood sweat and tears” bar/kitchen cleaning. Again, it is my own personal motto to serve others fully and respectfully. I pride myself in honesty and transparency. My word is my will and I treat others exactly how I expect to be treated. That being said, I don’t just say that I’m a “Christian.” That’s a loose and widely proclaimed term nowadays. I say that I’m a believer of the one and only creator; God. I follow His will without bias, judgement and WITH lots of compassion/love for EVERYBODY regardless of any walk of life or belief a person has. I’m no Bible thumper and my best friends who I love the MOST are atheists and anybody with a “label”. Whether you agree with me or not pertaining to my passion and walk with Our Creator God, its not why I say this. I could careless. You can say I’m crazy. I encourage it and embrace it all. I tell you this because cleaning your home is a huge deal. You are bringing a stranger into your home, trusting them with your whole personal life, possibly exposing your loved ones and cherished material items. That’s a big deal. To anybody especially if you are blessed with the means to do so. I’m that person to trust. I have tons of great references from clients and friends if needed. I also can pass any background check and have proof I passed just recently. My credit may need a bit of work but I’m not judging you for your sins so stay away from my sinful credit score! Lol That being said, i happen to know that even though I’m a sinner like everybody else; since I proclaim our Christ outwardly to others, I’m held more accountable for my actions. Which means God knows my heart and sees everything I do and every thought my mind can manifest. I don’t know about you but God is my karma. That karma is no fun when it rears it’s ugly head! All I am is a normal person trying to afford to live on Gods green earth without drowning in the debt we call the “American Dream!” Haha So to conclude this NOVEL (I have spent way too long writing); please let me help keep your sanctuary clean and serve you!
