I have been cleaning my whole life! I also have experience cleaning offices. Most of my adult life I've been a stay at home mom of 5 kids. Now my kids have grown up and I'm looking for flexible work that I enjoy. I decided to start cleaning houses because it's what I do and I'm good at it!
I charge a flat rate of $60 for the first 3 hours, after that, I charge in 30 min. increments of $10 each. (any time over 3 hours and 10 mins I charge the additional $10) I must come and view the home before I agree to do the work. I prefer to work from a checklist that we can make on my inital visit.
