One time cleaning: I charge $35 per hour for vacant cleanings. Move in or move out, detailed, cleaning. Payment: Payment is due on the day of services. I accept cash or check. Note: I do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted with an extension duster. I cannot move furniture, but I will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Many homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that I cannot reach by hand or extension tool. Please allow for some dust resettlement after I leave. Laundry: I offer laundry service with a maximum of two loads while cleaning or a scheduled day of laundry service. Additional charges apply. Equipment and Supplies: I provide all cleaning supplies. If there are any products that you or your family is sensitive to, please discuss this at the estimate. I am not responsible for any reactions you have to the products used. Pets and Plants: Please safeguard your pets for my safety. I will clean cat litter boxes at an extra charge. I am not a plant specialist; the most I do is maintain watering and trim dead leaves when servicing your home. Keys: Please make sure I have access to your home on cleaning day. You may provide me with a key if you will not be in the home. Customers' keys are kept secured and are not attached to any name, address or other identifying information. Schedule Changes: If you have a schedule change please give notice either by calling (voicemail), text, or email at least 5 hours before your scheduled time. (I understand things come up) If notice is not given, you will still be charged for that scheduled day. If service has to be cancelled by me, I will reschedule as soon as possible. Valuables: Please secure any items you prefer not to be touched. I do not want to have any accusations arise, nor my trust be questioned.
