Housekeeper Job in Smyrna, Tennessee

We are looking for a detail oriented person to clean our home on a weekly basis. We have full-time jobs and a side business; so, we need someone who will take responsibility for keeping our house clean. The home is 2100 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a bonus room; however, there are only 2 of us, so much of the house is unused and will need only occasional cleaning. The position requires someone who will clean as if the house were theirs. If it is dirty, it should be cleaned. Duties include: • Regular weekly cleaning of kitchen and living areas (dining room, living room, master bedroom and bath, half-bath, and office/bedroom) • Bi-weekly changing of bed linens (on 2 beds) • Ironing our work clothes each week • Creating a schedule for occasional cleaning of o Unused living areas (bonus room, guest room, guest bath) o Refrigerator , oven and cabinets o Walls, door facings, and baseboards o Ceiling fans and intake vents o Anything else in the house that might need cleaning
