Housekeeper Job in Lincoln, California

I am looking for a regular, reliable, weekly housekeeper for my parents. They are active, self-sufficient, and have a well-organized 2-story home in an established neighborhood, but they do now need a regular housekeeper. You need to be detail-oriented, experienced, and present well. Your regular services must include baseboards, floors, and staircases, as well as thorough bathroom and kitchen cleaning, dusting all surfaces, moving delicate items and cleaning under them as well. You are friendly, understanding, motivated, and possess a strong self-starting work ethic--you do not need to be reminded of your responsibilities. They would prefer a mature-aged female, but your presentation will be the key--they will pick the person with whom they feel most comfortable. You must be a non-smoker. There is a possibility that, over time, some personal care will become part of the job, depending upon their health conditions. Most importantly, you need to be able to pass a background check and have quality, verifiable references. This is mandatory, and there will be no exceptions. They had their first housekeeper a couple of years ago, but she ended up becoming too relaxed and started cancelling her weekly appointments for personal reasons. Your response to this ad indicates your desire to remain in long-term employment. I will pay $15 to $20 per hour, depending upon your experience and the final decision of what's needed.
