Housekeeper in Norwich, Connecticut

Hello! I run a very small cleaning service and am looking for permanent/temporary/one time clients. This would be a very good opportunity to get your spring cleaning started! I currently run the business out of Norwich, CT but I have a clientele radius as far as the Pawcatuck and Colchester areas. (I generally will travel anywhere within the South Eastern CT border.) For people whom already have a cleaning service provided for them, I do guarantee cheaper rates (typically falling between 8-10% cheaper, that can be a lot so just send me your current rate!!). For those of you whom do not and this would be a first time cleaning I am doing a Spring Time Special where I charge no more than $120.00 (based on rooms and sq. footage of home) for the first time!! Initial cleanings with my competition in the area is almost a $100-$150 difference!! My women only staff is very friendly and efficient and they certainly go above and beyond the general "cleaning" expectations. Most of them have been with me for years and they strive for perfection in each home. Tasks to expect are as follows (although every home is different) : GENERAL SERVICES: Vacuuming, window cleaning, cobweb removal, dusting of all reachable items/ceiling fans and light fixtures, emptying trash, we even make the beds! KITCHEN SERVICES: Clean and sanitize all counter-tops, sinks, faucets, door/drawer cabinets and knobs, tables and chairs, interior/exterior of appliances, floor boards, and finally the sweeping and mopping of the floor! BATHROOM SERVICES: Clean and sanitize all sinks, tubs/showers (of all kinds), toilets, bathroom door/drawer/cabinets, shining of the mirrors and chromes, dusting, and vacuuming and sanitizing floors! Also please note that there are added features that we do offer that are not commonly practiced in each home, ask and we will provide an additional list of those features! We are a green clean and product safe company, all of the girls are specially trained to make sure that each product (we provide own products) is safely and effectively used because we care about our environment!
