I am seeking a person to clean a small business in Collinsville, Illinois on a daily basis. the building is 21,000 sq ft, has 2 officies 1 conference roonm a unisex bathroom and kitchenette. My aim is to hire a hardworking candidate who has daily availability. Service Requirements: My business requires vaccuming of carpet areasand sweeping of non carpet areas,pulling of trash, cleaning of the restroom stocking with bathroom tissue and paper towels as provided, dusting for cobwebs, wiping down the kitchenette area. Monthly cleaning of windows and doors. It is an asset if you own all necessary equipment and use your own supplies. . The ideal housekeeper would have at least a year of experience and be well versed in cleaning various surfaces.May have other items when we discuss the position.
