My background includes management, customer service, and keeping the office clean. Most recently, I worked as the office manager at Elite Lawn Care, where my responsibilities included handling customer accounts, hiring and firing employees, payroll, and all other responsibilities in the office setting. Previously, I was the assistant manager at S&S used cars. I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as repo accounts and buying and selling at the car auctions). I also finalized all car deals and consistently met my sells goals and interacted with 50 to 75 customers a day. In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during my part-time employment as a nursery caretaker and restaurant hostess while in high school. I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel and CRM database applications, hard working capabilities, and an associates degree in Medical Billing and Coding plus An associates in Business Management. Kaci W. Is a very dedicated and hard working when it comes to her job. She is my go to girl on EVERYTHING and I am lucky to be her client, I would never get things done + work 55 hours a week w/ 4 kids. She has been cleaning my home for 6+ years- (including dusting & washing the ceiling to floors- spotless, laundry from wash to hung + pressed, organized my attic & storage shed, dusted/washed furniture to windows to blinds & curtains, and so much more)! Also, She started cleaning my offices for 3+ years- (3 locations- from organizing files, dusting 25+ desks to spotless toliets to cleanest parking lot in town & she even rearranges them ANYWAY i want. Like that isn't over the top she even does inventory when needed + orders supplies that are running low and even more)! I save money because I was able to let 2 employees I paid for 40 hours a week go because with Kacis reasonable rates I have been able to hire her for so much more. Seems like she couldn't offer anything else...BUT SHE DOES- she plans & puts together every birthday party I have-(host it, serves the guest, alone or I pay for more help from her team, & at the end cleans up afterwards)! I've hired her to run several yard sales & clean up afterwards. She packed my 4 bedroom & 3.5 bathroom home. Then paid 2 other members of her team & her to load uhaul, move to storage, & two weeks later to move into my new 5 bedroom 4 bathroom home, she put everything in place- (closet organizers + hung all clothes & shoes, every room to a tee, and every pictures on the wall, even did the last mintue shopping to fill the empty space) and it looked perfect! Last but not least she washes & details our 3 vehciles on the 15th & 30th. Oh yeah, she also waters our garden & flower beds and walks our dog daily + handles all the lawn & pool maintence every other week, as well as, our landscaping when needed! I've hired Kaci to housesit, babysit, carpool, errand running, grocery shopping, wait on cable guy, tutor my 16 yr old, coach my 14 yr old in cheerleading (btw, she made the freshman squad), cut my kids hair, and I'm sure much more!! Shes awesome and you'll be pleased with her work!!
