Looking for a cleaning service for my vacation rental property after every guest stay. Usually checkout time is 11am and check in usually 3pm. House is 1,570 square feet and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Usually only 2 bedrooms are used per guest stay but the 3rd bedroom may occasionally be used. Will need the following services:
Bedroom cleaning
Bathroom cleaning
Kitchen cleaning (including dishes if needed)
Hardwood floor cleaning (if needed)
Changing sheets
Washing Linens
Cleaning the fridge and removing food
Cleaning the oven and microwave (if needed)
Taking out the trash
Restocking guest essentials (I will have supplies on hand)
Vacuuming carpets
Services needed
Areas to clean:
Bathroom
General rooms
Kitchen
Responsibilities will include:
Change linens
Dishes
Fridge cleaning
Laundry
Oven cleaning
Surface polishing
Trash & recycling
Window washing
