Housekeeper Job in Galveston, Texas

We have a vacation rental we are looking for help with. We would need it cleaned between guest. I'd like to break down what I would like done so I can get an accurate quote from you. Our house is 900 sqft, 2 bedroom 1 bath. We would need the house cleaned between guests, which sometimes could be one guest leaving and another arriving the same day. There is a 4 hour gap between guests if they leave at check out, although some leave earlier. We have wood floors through the house except the bathroom, kitchen and mudroom (all small rooms). The wood floor would only need to be swept (I deep clean it myself once a month) and tile would need to be swept and mopped. We have enough laundry for 3 different guests so you would not need to do any laundry, I would do that when we come down to do the lawn. There are 3 beds set up all the time, 1 queen and bunk beds. If we have more guest an air mattress might need to be set up, which I would let you know beforehand. I can provide all the cleaning items as I have them in the house already. The main cleaning would be dusting, sweeping, mopping, kitchen, bathroom, making beds and a few small request (laying out snacks/water, making the coffee table look organized with our magazines). When we are doing the house we can do it in about 1-2 hours while also doing laundry. Thank you!
