• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers for residential & commercial cleaning services • Inspect work performed to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards • Train workers in janitorial procedures, policies and proper operation of equipment • Arrange work schedules for staff and temporary help as needed • Evaluate and verify employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques • Perform a wide variety of custodial and maintenance duties in order to provide a clean, orderly and safe environment for all residential and commercial customers • Provide cleaning, dusting and disinfecting of all floor types, bathrooms, windows, carpets, walls, entrance and exit areas, lobbies, kitchens, conference rooms, foyers, elevators, escalators, basements, etc. • Proper dispose of waste and trash • Operate power equipment such as carpet cleaners, buffers, pressure washers, hand and power tools, etc., to serve as a well-rounded cleaning service provider • Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies along with stocking supplies for commercial clients • Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting • Drive motor vehicle to reach various job sites in order to facilitate custodial operations • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications • Maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence relative to cleaning operations
