Housekeeper Job in Taftville, Connecticut

Hi there. I would like a house maid, organizer, and hopefully an all-around handiwoman who lives around Norwich or Taftville or Lisbon, Connecticut. I will pay weekly or in advance and am very flexible in general. Hope you are, too! Looking for someone friendly and trustworthy (like me), who enjoys their work and doesn't take their job too seriously and isn't over-professional or rushing about it. You will probably be fed well and tipped heavily. Preferring a Spanish-speaking woman (not required), but at least a girl who likes getting very hard jobs done. I have tons of cleaning supplies, so you need not bring much but your own specialty cleaning tools (If you use a spin mop, for instance, you can do eigh tsi..., any time) or any household tasks but painting (just need to buy the right color paint soon), and I have some tools (broom, small mop, weed whacker, hedge clippers, leaf blower, gardening tools, etc). Hours and pay are flexible based on how tight and loose and open you are. We will meet midway most of the time, I'm sure. Looking to hire someone starting in December or January. Thanks!
