Urban Villages seeks a full-time Residential Housekeeper/Cleaner for the SugarCube building in Lower Downtown Denver. SugarCube is a mixed-use building with critically acclaimed restaurants, class AA office, and 37 ultra-luxury apartments for rent. Residential cleaning of our 37-unit property is a very important role, as it is a reflection of our 5-Star luxury service. The expectations for this position are high, particularly requiring a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities and Functions: • Detailed and professional cleaning/housekeeping of residential units. • Making beds according to building standards. • Maintaining company customer service standards within the property. • Maintaining accurate records of cleaning service, inspections and verifications that all requests have been completed. • Thorough understanding of cleaning products to use with wood, marble, stainless steel and other misc. materials and potential impacts to animals. • Motivated and energetic with ability to work without direct supervision. • Works well with other employees and accepts and open to direction. The housekeeper will report to the Concierge Manager, and will work primarily Monday through Friday. Some weekend hours may be required and additional responsibilities may be assigned from time to time in order to keep the SugarCube building in pristine condition. The housekeeper will be expected to complete a checklist for each unit after cleaning to ensure all is complete and satisfactory according to Concierge Cleaning guidelines. Position Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED. • Fluent in English with Spanish proficiency preferred. • Preference given to experience in luxury residential hotel properties, resort properties, rental operations or related upscale service businesses. • Willingness to work a combination of weekday and weekend hours if needed.
