We use a water filtration (Reverse Osmosis and Deionization) system which we hook up to your outdoor spigot. From this, we are able to produce PURE water that we run to a water-fed pole. What this does is allows us to clean your windows using ONLY PURE water, i.e., no chemicals or minerals. We have found that using this method also produces a much cleaner, spot-free clean on your windows. We have three tiers of services and pricing: GOLD: With this one, we remove, clean, and replace all screens. We also wash the exterior and interior glass. And we clean all of the window tracks. This is our most popular clean; many customers want this one done once a year and the BRONZE done once a year. SILVER: With this one, we clean the interior glass as well as the exterior. We do remove and replace the screens, but we do not clean them. BRONZE: With this one, we only do the outside glass. You will also remove all screens prior to our arrival. We also offer rescreening for you convenience. We carry screen and splines and replace any screens that have holes in them while we're there. We charge only $20/screen (for standard size) for this service.
