Need a good, reliable, trust-worthy household cleaner? I've got 6 years cleaning experience, move-outs being my absolute specialty! I charge a flat rate of $200 a move-out for a single family home (up to 3 bedrooms depending upon size!) That would include vaccuming carpets, mopping floors, bathrooms from top to bottom, kitchen (includes appliances and stove top/oven) dusting, baseboards, and spots on walls. I also shampoo carpets upon request, which has a seperate charge not included with the basic move-out price. Prices depend upon the # of rooms and the condition of the spots. I also do regular house visits including: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and one-time only. Rates vary by house size. Call for more information and rates! I supply my own cleaning supplies.
