Housekeeper in Palo Alto, California

My mother in law, Sirenia, has 20 years experience as a housekeeper. She has been with her current family for about 10 years. Sirenia's first language is Spanish, but understands a lot of English. She can speak a little bit of English also. This does not keep her from doing a great job. She is very detail oriented and leaves your house looking beautiful. Some of the duties she will fulfill: Dusting, vacuuming, making beds, laundry, bathroom, oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, room organization, sweeping, mopping. Windows are an extra charge if requested. Sirenia's availability schedule is as follows: Wed, Thur, Fri, and Sat. 8am or 9am is start time. She is an independent housecleaner, so finish time depends on size of house and amount of work to be done. How often do you need cleaning? Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly?
