Housekeeper Job in Owings Mills, Maryland

Our Short Term Rental Company is looking for a trustworthy, reliable 1099 contractor caretaker/housekeeper to add to our team. We provide training designed to cleanliness standards/checklists. The qualified individuals would need to be able to clean the home after guests check out, check on inventory and replenish when necessary, May be required to provide access for handyman, landscaper, etc, as well as notify us if anything is in need of repair or replacement. The vacation rental is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome. We require our quality checklist to be followed for the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining, living rooms. The cleaning require dusting, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash. Laundry of the bes sheets and towels. Putting towels and sheets on bed. Supplies will be provided. The ideal house cleaner would be someone or a group of cleaners with relevant experience, who are very dependable and can work with a vacation rental schedule and frequent turn over. Skills Required - Strong work ethic. A strong desire/need to work - Ability to work on weekends. This may be required as the schedule varies - At least 6 months recent professional cleaning experience, - Highly desired skill - vacation rental and/or hotel experience preferred - Reliable transportation to and from work - Verifiable references - The ability to lift up to 50 lbs - Ability to be respond to messages/texts/calls quickly - The ability to walk, bend, twist, stretch, lift, perform repetitive movements, have manual dexterity and stamina between 2-5 hrs/day - The ability to speak and understand basic English - Vacation Rental cleaning companies welcome to contact us.
