Housekeeper Job in Portland, Oregon

Seeking house cleaner for my apartment. We have a very friendly fuzzy dog who sheds a lot who we will put in her crate while you're here. We're looking for someone who will do an initial detail cleaning (which we will be more than willing to pay extra per hour for since it's more labor) then the rest of the time we are just looking for a basic vacuume, sweeping dusting cleaning the kitchen and bathroom cleaning a 1-2 times each month. Our initial clean will require- Detail cleaning the wood, tile and laminant floors Cleaning the baseboards and wiping down the doors Cleaning the exterior of the cabinets, detailing the counter tops in the kitchen and the exterior of the stainless Steele appliances Cleaning the windows, blinds and window sills Get rid of cobwebs and dust along ceilings Wipe down any walls that have smudges Cleaning out refriderator, oven and microwave detailing stove top Some dishes Detailing bathroom Cleaning off the washer dryer cubbord (some built up soap scum and dust) We do not expect you to clean/ wash up laundry or our bed room and we will make sure everything is picked up so its easy for you to access all the area's. You also do not have to clean the dog crate or deal with the dog. We will secure her in our bedroom Or in her crate so that she's out of your way. additionally if for some reason you discover anything particularly gross (I couldn't think of what we do try to keep up with our house on our own) please don't feel like you need to clean it up. We do not expect you to clean anything that you feel would be beneath you. And we don't expect you to do anything we ourselves wouldn't be willing to do. We just need a house keeper because we work full time and are frankly not well equipped for detailing our house. It would cost us less to hire someone than to buy all the proper tools and supplies.
