Housekeeper Job in Dwight, Illinois

I reside in a small 3BR brick home in Dwight, IL. There are two adults that live here and no pets. We are relatively clean people but don't have a lot of time for the chores. Our monthly service would include, but not be limited to cleaning both bedrooms, office , bath and half bath, kitchen from top to bottom, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and waxing of floors. All pictures, light fixtures, appliances are to be wiped down as well as the ceiling fan blades.. Floor washing includes baseboards. Dusting includes windowsills. In the kitchen, all appliances must be washed down, including the tops of the refrigerator. All cabinets, doors and doorways are to wiped down. The house should shine and smell like heaven when the job is completed. No skimping corners. Currently have a service that for reasons I will not go into here, I would like to replace. If you are hard working, dependable, have attention for detail and are looking for this type of work, I would be interested in speaking with you. Age (no one under 21 please), Good attitude and willingness to work will go a long way. You will need to visit my home and write an estimate . You bring all your own supplies once the job is yours.
