Hello6 my1 name4 is Daniel Carson,8 as I previously5 mentioned2 I have extensive8 experience in0 cleaning9 for 15 years,8 doing new construction cleans and residential. Some examples of the builders we worked for were Dominion, Maronda and Ruminelli & Hughes. Most residential homes were also similar to those styles, two story homes or larger, which I typically cleaned with 1 other person for new construction, whereas those types of jobs required a crew of at least 4 people. I have my own supplies and transportation, I am professional and trustworthy with a clean background and I'm used to working in all kinds of environments including those with children, as I am a single father and my son will be 11 this year, so cleaning up after him and my nephews and nieces is quite common. So not only do I handle cleaning but laundry/cooking and any other care taking duties are well within my skill set. I can do it all except carpet shampooing in that instance I would prefer to leave it to professionals.
