Housekeeper Job in Leesburg, Virginia

Basic housekeeping duties include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, surface cleaning and kitchen and bathroom details, making sure all assigned areas of the home are clean, neat and tidy. When needed, check and purchase groceries and household supplies to maintain adequate levels. Plan and cook meals for us (from time to time) so we are looking for a person who enjoys cooking. Run some errands. Sort, fold and put away laundry & light ironing. Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition & monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements. Care for 2 small household pets. On occasion when we travel for business or otherwise—house and pet sit. Help organize closets. Help prep for entertaining and prep for holidays when teen and college age children are home. Hours Needed: 5-10 hours weekly $15 per an hour. **More hours needed & given when pet & house sitting is needed during travel & will be paid by a per day rate.
