Housekeeper Job in Hot Springs, Arkansas

I have a rental property on lake Hamilton. It is VERY busy in the summer and not so busy in the winter (mainly weekends in the winter months). It requires someone who is available sometimes 2-4 times in one week to clean. Alot of the cleanings during the summer are "back to backs", meaning check out time is 11 and check in time is usually the same day at 3pm, so I would need someone that would be able to handle that? Candidate needs to be reliable, I will give as much notice of cleanings as possible (this really all depends on when people rent it) Not only does the place need to be cleaned, but also laundry (all sheets and towels) must be done and put back on all beds. I live out of state, so the candidate would need to provide me with a way to pay remotely, either by PayPal or Square (or some other way is fine). I also need the candidate to be my eyes, if the renters break anything or if the cabin is in need of supplies. I supply in a locked closet toilet paper, shampoo and soap for the guests, along with trash bags for the garbage cans. When those items are getting low, I need to be told so I can replenish. I will supply for you laundry detergent to do the sheets and towels, and blankets if needed. Renters are supposed to take their trash to the can on the street, however, if that isn't done, I need the housekeeper to do it. Because this is on the lake, every week or so, window seals need to be wiped down (to remove bugs, lots of bugs) and the outside needs to be wiped free of cobwebs on a consistent basis. This property is on VRBO and all the bad ratings are because of it not being properly cleaned, occasionally cushions on the coach need to be lifted and cleaned under.
