Cleaning service needed to prepare a previously occupied rental for sale. Tasks to be completed include but are not limited to vacuuming, cleaning vinyl flooring, washing walls and baseboards, cleaning lights, cleaning windows including frames and sills, cleaning and disinfecting the bathroom and kitchen (including kitchen appliances). Small repair work needed as well. However, services can be done separately. Some lawn maintenance needed as well, but can be done separately. Begin as soon as possible, to be completed in a timely manner.
