Along with my housekeeping duties I am also available to assist with house sitting, shopping trips, pet care and clean up, small renovations, as well as lawn and yard care. Prices are negotiable. I have excellent time-management and organizational skills resulting in you getting your very best value for your money. I do not smoke, I do not take breaks on your time. I will provide standard surface/upkeep cleaning such as laundry, beds, vacuuming, washing floors, dusting, bathrooms clean and disinfected etc. as well as a more thorough, detailed fine cleaning such as windows, trims, ceiling fans, wall washing, curtains/blinds, refrigerator/oven clean, closet/toy/office organization etc. when requested. I am extremely fussy. Tasks that other housekeepers may consider extras, I consider standard. I move ALL furniture when cleaning/washing floors; I wipe down all cabinet fronts and appliances during each clean; I clean under beds; I wash bedding and THEN I make the beds.
