Housekeeper Job in Arlington, Texas

Domestic Solutions is looking for experienced individual cleaners or cleaning companies who can take on extra jobs. We have residential and commercial cleaning jobs as well as home manager opportunities that are a combination of cleaning, organizing, laundry and errands tailored by the customers. We have four spots to fill that require experienced, self starters who have a passion for providing excellent services. As a team, our goal is to adhere to high cleaning expectations, excellent customer service, communication, and team support. -This is a flexible schedule. If you already have your own clients, you can set your availability accordingly. -We operate 7 days a week between 7am and 7pm with two hour time windows to arrive to a job allowing you time to clean equipment, get gas or lunch, and drive time. -We pay weekly, this is contracted work so you are an contractor (1099) not an employee and responsible for your own taxes. -We pay based on the job type some is commission no less than 45% of the job or no less than $25 per hour. -After the trial period most jobs will pay 50-60% of the job or average $30-35 per labor hour. *must have general liability insurance. *must have your own transportation to get to jobs. *must have your own supplies and equipment. *must have a smart phone with a working camera to take pictures and capable of downloading an app for work orders. *must travel all of Dallas - Fort Worth metropolitan area. *must work in a home with pets.
