I offer the following services: Weekly cleaning Bi-Weekly Monthly One time Move-In or Move-Out Construction clean-up Commercial Residential cleaning includes: Kitchen- Dishes, wipe down counters, Sweep/Mop floors, Wipe down appliances, Wipe down cupboards. Bathroom(s)- Clean bathtub/shower, clean toilet, clean counter/sink, clean mirror, sweep/Mop floor and disinfect bathroom. Living Room- Straighten up, Vacuum or Sweep/Mop floor, Dust, clean TV and electronics, clean glass on entertainment center, clean or polish coffee and side tables. Bedroom(s)- Straighten up, Vacuum or Sweep/Mop floor, Dust, clean TV and electronics, clean glass on entertainment center, clean or polish side tables, make bed. Commercial Includes: Offices, restaurants, medical clinics/practices. I can do a 1 time deep cleaning or we can set up a routine schedule. Construction Includes: 3 Phases- Removal of all loose nails/staples, sawdust, dust, dirt, mud, windows, inside cupboards, inside closets, sweep/mop, clean all debris off all countertops. Move-In or Move-Out: (1 time cleaning) Removal of all trash, furniture, clean windows, walls, baseboards, bathrooms, sweep/mop, Vacuum. Extra Services: Laundry- Wash, Dry, Fold and Put Away as designated.
