Housekeeper Job in Blacklick, Ohio

I have a 2 story farmhouse in Blacklick Ohio built in 1867. First floor is primarily a home office and second floor is residence. Cleaning will be for upstairs residence area. It is probably @ 900 sft. and consists of 1 used BR, 1 unused, bathroom, kitchen, living room and lightly used office and utility room. I also own/manage several vacation homes on west coast, and therefore engage 2 different crews of cleaners that clean 1-2 x's/week. I have done this for 20 years, and have a pretty good idea how long it takes to clean this type of space. This would include obvious house cleaning, some dishes, light laundry, and sometimes windows. I would guestimate no more than 2-3 hours (0nce you get it down). Thus my offer is $50 cash (first time may be a bit more--like $70--b/c it will take 4).This could be a 1-2 x's/month from now til end of the year. Prefer someone experienced and with references. I will insist on a photo as you will be cleaning my personal residence. I do not hire purple hair, tattooed heads, extensive piercing, mohawks, tweekers etc. My family stays here and I have a family business that comes thru, so a pic tells a 1000 words.
