Housekeeper Job in Brooklyn, New York

My partner and I are in need of a weekly cleaning lady for our 1 bed apartment. Ideally Mondays. All regular cleaning duties plus- we would expect you to also clean the oven-toaster oven-refrigerator shelves-under furniture-dusting-bathroom tiles-lint roll sofa. We would ideally like someone who takes initiative, likes to be organized, follows lists well. Our building does not have laundry, we would like our towels and sheets to be cleaned at the local laundromat- 3 blocks away. Occasionally we might ask for a small load of our clothing also. Apartment is 1.5 bed, one bath (all white tile), modern kitchen. 4th floor walk up. no pets. We like to keep our home very clean, but we no longer have time to do the full weekly clean up. We generally use green/non toxic cleaning products. My partner works from home so she will be present during cleaning- and will move to separate room when need to clean the bedroom/office. However we ask you be respectful of noise- no chatting on the phone- music is fine, but hearing someone chatting will be distracting. Get back to me with your rate, Jacinta
