Housekeeper Job in New Hope, Pennsylvania

We are a family of 5, living in New Hope, PA: a working mom and dad (entrepreneurs, who often both work from home) and three kids, ages 8, 12 & 13. We’re not looking for a cleaning service, rather for an individual who has had experience in the day-to-day running of a home and who enjoys that work, and would like the environment of being a regular part of our household. Looking for someone who will be fastidious about keeping it in tip-top shape, and will also take on projects to improve the organization of the household. You will handle all laundry and food shopping, household supplies and some errands. Ability to do some light cooking preferable. We do not have any pets. You will need your own car. You would be a regular part of our household, so would need to be flexible, comfortable and kind with kids, good with taking direction, and have a proactive eye towards what could be done to make the household run more smoothly. When we hire, our people tend to stay with us a long time, so that's our aim here. We think we’re fun - we know we’re super respectful, direct, and treat our staff well.
