Housekeeper Job in Winter Park, Florida

Family living in Winter Park is seeking an experienced, organized and detail oriented park-time House Manager/Housekeeper who will efficiently clean a 4,000 square foot, two story residence. The work schedule is 4-5 hours/per day for a total of 20-25 hrs per week. Pay rate is $20-25/hr depending on experience. Applicants need to be honest, trustworthy, understand the importance of maintaining discretion (confidentiality agreement is required), collaborative and experienced working with other domestic staff , experienced working with principals that work in residence occasionally, adept at organizing and general cleaning, knowledgeable with cleaning various surfaces and artwork, skilled with laundry, polishing silver and proficient with ironing.
