Don't take this the wrong way, but if you keep care of yourself you'll likely keep care of the house in the manner we expect. Both of us work long hours and don't have time to do the chores that we don't want to do. Things like cleaning the bathrooms (three of them) and basic items like sweep, mop, vacuum, dishes on occasion, windows once in a while, etc... It would likely be a few hours each week, we are flexible on the hours/day, but need someone that is reliable. We do have two dogs, one is a Beagle that just wants to love you and jump on you and get petted, the other is a Gordon Setter that will bark anytime he hears anything (he has saved us from squirrels, an occasional chipmunk, the postman, delivery folks in general, etc.), but if you are in the house he hides behind the couch as he is doing all of this, it sounds impressive though. You could literally put your arm in his mouth and he wouldn't know what to do with it. Point being, we have two dogs, so a bunch of dog hair that needs to be vacuumed, and the vacuum emptied. We would like to start at $12/hr cash, but we can negotiate (works out to more than $15/hr with no taxes). Need to be willing to run a background check prior to you starting. We are laid-back, again, not picky about the hours, there are times we work from home so we may be here, we may be not. Please reply with your intentions, status, experience.
