Chet Morrison Contractors is In need of an house-cleaner to come out to our Belle Isle hunting property and clean a 5 bed, 3 bath houseboat and 6 bed, 4 bath house on property. The property is in Patterson LA and is a very unique and beautiful place. We are looking for someone who can help represent the beauty of Belle Isle by providing our visiting guest with a clean and organized atmosphere and accomodations. Due to the fluctuation of scheduled visits, we are looking for a person willing to work on a contractual labor basis meaning you will not be employed through the company but be an independent contractor We are looking for weekly help during the months of September through December. During the off season of January through September a general once a month cleaning would be needed. This is all somewhat flexible and we will work with you on scheduling. Services needed are basic clean, wash and replace bed sheets, wash/save dishes, clean bathrooms, organize cabinets, clean fridge, sweep, dust, mop etc. The main objective is the cleanliness and organizational of the guest accommodations. For the right person looking to work and make more money, there are plenty areas/ buildings that could use general cleaning and organization outside of guest accommodations. This is optional and would be extended to a person who wants to spend extra time and make more money. This is a great days work! Total time to go through both houses are approximately 8-10 hrs. You would need to be prepared to work through the day until finished as the property is only accessible by 30 min boat ride, of which you will be paid for both ways. No over night stays.
