Housekeeper Job in San Rafael, California

We're looking for a detail oriented house keeper who is able to complete the following: Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products Perform detail oriented sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors as needed In charge of vacuuming equipment; vacuum and clean floors and perform further treatments as needed. Dispose of trash from bins and containers and bringing to road and back weekly Dust and polish furniture and room accessories as needed Scrub sinks, basins, bathtubs, showers, and toilets in bathrooms Change linens and gather used linens such as sheets or towels for laundering Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and counters as needed Keep all spaces neat and tidy Take care of washing clothes, drying clothes and removing any stains as needed Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered along with resolving issues or hiring someone to resolve issues if required. Management of Fridge and Freezers ensuring it is tidy and all old food is removed. Management of Water Delivery and ensuring that bottled water is refreshed and cleaned. Complete personal assistance duties such as picking up food, drinks, groceries, picking up packages from UPS, getting gas for the cars, getting cars washed Prep of Food (cut up meats, vegetables, etc.) Housekeeper Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or knowledge, skills, and mental ability equivalent to 2 years of high school education Physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 30 to 40 pounds Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time Previous experience cleaning preferred Pays meticulous attention to detail Organized and able to follow a schedule Ability to follow verbal directions Must love dogs Looking for someone who is organized, creative, forward-thinking, innovation and can solve problems before they occur and enjoys taking care of others.
