I am looking for a one-time deep cleaning of the house so we can have it put up for sale. The 2nd cleaning is when we move out so we hand it over clean and fresh.
The date I am looking at for the first cleaning is anywhere between Feb 20 and 25. The 2nd cleaning depends on when we get the offer and when we have to move out.
