To whomever may be interested in feeding their family nutritous meals then I am the person. I am a mother of three boys (all grown up) and am a chef by trade. My passion lies in cooking meals for families looking to put nutrition back in their busy lives. I remember the days of getting the kids ready for school, getting yourself ready for work, the commute to and from work, and then deciding what to make for dinner after a long day. Many of us look at recipes, give up and order out, or throw something with processed foods into the oven, because hey, the kids are hungry, you are hungry and tired, and it is just easier. Also with the rising cost of fresh ingredients, you will have to get ready to go work at your second job. I have been training many people in a variety of restaurants over the years, and I also teach classes twice a week for youth groups that I truly enjoy. I would love to extend this to yourself and your family whether it be coming home to meals already waiting for you or teaching you how easy it can be to prepare them yourself. I dont do diets, and I am not an extremist, I just love eating nutritiously.
