have 8 years of residential cleaning and 2 of commercial cleaning. I'm very thorough, pay extra attention to detail, and OCD when cleaning! I am very confident that you will be pleased with my work!
I have references if you'd like them.
I am looking to have about 3-5 houses I clean once possibly twice a week.
dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, trash, laundry, dishes, bathrooms (toilets he bath tub/shower), walls, doors, and windows
75$ flat rate
*using your clean supplies - I found that every individual has a preference on what cleaning supplies they like to be used in their home
I also will do room clean out & clean ups
$30 when cleaning the home already
$50 just clean out & clean up
