Housekeeper Job in Fresno, California

I'm looking for someone to clean one of my rentals to get it ready for the next renter. I'm expecting to find someone that has experience doing this, who can take a look at the property, see what needs to be cleaned and provide me with a quote for the cleaning service. My renter will be moving out by January 1st, I will need the unit cleaned during this following week.
