I'm an
Individual
Must be energetic and self starter who will be able to wash walls at a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Need someone who is very good at cleaning and pays attention to details. Need to get this unit ready to paint and rent out again so looking for someone who can work soon for 1-2 days until work is complete. This job pays well, but is a lot of physical work and requires someone who can stand on a stool or step ladder.
